Proper candle care is key to getting the most out of our soy candles.
Begin by trimming the wick to a quarter-inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and maintain an even burn.
During the initial lighting, allow the candle to create a full melt pool to preventing tunneling and promoting an extended lifespan.
Limit each burning session to no more than four hours to preserve the candle's scent integrity and prevent overheating.
Always place your candles on a stable and heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, and out of the reach of pets or children. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and be cautious when handling hot wax.
Discontinue use when there is approximately a quarter-inch of wax remaining at the bottom of the container. Burning a candle beyond this point can lead to excessive heat, potentially causing the container to crack or break.
Following these simple care and safety practices ensures not only a longer life for your soy candles but also a secure and enjoyable ambiance in your space.
